The Lottomat Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Terms of Use) apply to the Lottomat.com website (hereinafter referred to as the Website), operated by LLL World Marketing Limited, Peiraios 30, 1st floor, office 1, 2023 Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus.
By displaying, browsing, or using the Lottomat.com Website in any way, the Player is subject to the following Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy. If the Player does not agree to either of these, we ask that the Player stop using Lottomat.com.

The laws of Cyprus will govern these Terms of Use.
Definitions
Lottery – a game of chance in which a Drawing takes place.
Drawing – a drawing of a specified number of numbers from selected ranges of standard numbers or standard and bonus numbers within a particular Lottery. Drawings take place repeatedly on such days and hours as established by the Operator of a specific Lottery.
Operator – the entity organizing the Drawing in a particular Lottery.
Player – a person who participates in one of the lotteries offered on Lottomat.com
Ticket – an electronic ticket for a drawing that the Player selects for a particular Lottery that contains one or more Lines.
Line – a single set of numbers that the Player selected for a particular Lottery drawing. Depending on the Lottery, it may contain a different amount and/or other pools (of a various range) for standard and bonus numbers (if they exist).
Winnings – the amount won if a line created by a Player matches a predefined set of numbers drawn in a drawing for which the ticket containing the line was bought.
Deposit – funds deposited into a player’s account are later used to purchase tickets.
Account – the Player’s user account, which contains the Player’s funds, purchased Tickets, and the Player’s data assigned to it.
Limitations of use
Online gambling may be illegal in your location. The player must verify whether this is the case in their current location. If online gambling is prohibited in the player’s current location, the player must refrain from using our website and not execute any transaction whatsoever on our website.
The Website is directed towards any natural person of age who can legally use it according to the laws they are subject to. We ask the Player not to use the website if the Player does not meet these criteria, as it may result in the Player Account being suspended and its data permanently deleted by our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use. By using our Website and our services, the Player automatically declares that the Player does not break any law that the Player is subject to as a result of the use of Lottomat.com. The Player also declares that they are mentally healthy and take full responsibility for their actions.
The Player declares that the Company holds no responsibility for verifying the above facts, and as a result, the Player surrenders any claims against us based on this ground. The Player declares that the Player understands and accepts the fact that we are unable to provide the Player with any information, advice, or guarantees on legal matters.
Services
The Website provides services for purchasing, processing, and storing Tickets for the Drawings selected by the Player, as well as receiving Deposits to be used later for ticket purchases.
The Company processes the Tickets purchased by the Player. The ticket data is sent to third-party entities, who will then physically buy them at official outlets of a particular Lottery.
Due to the nature of the service and the fact that it is instantly processed, it is not possible to waive, cancel, or refund a Ticket purchase order once it has been submitted. Because of that, all Ticket purchases are final and not subject to cancellation or refund.
The amount of Winnings is always consistent with the one officially provided by the Lottery’s operator (after deducting potential fees for fund transfers) and converted to the player’s account currency according to the current exchange rate. Taxes, customs duties, and other payments might be covered out of the Winnings both by the Operator and/or the Company. The above notwithstanding, the Player is also obliged to cover all the taxes, customs duties, and other payments related to collecting the Winnings, in the country where the Lottery is held, as well as local taxes in the Player’s country of residence.
Winnings up to € 2,500 (calculated by the current exchange rate) are automatically deposited into the Player’s account. Any winnings above 2500 € are looked into individually and might be deposited into the Player’s account manually, or they may require additional actions by the Player. The Company will notify the Player of all the procedures. The Player also agrees to take any actions and file any documents or sign an agreement, if they are required to collect the Winnings. In most cases, the Company will assist the Player and file all necessary documents on their behalf, allowing the Player to receive their winnings without needing to travel to the country where the Lottery is held.
Some lotteries might require the Player’s appearance to collect the Winnings.
The winnings from the free Quick-Pick Ticket type are assigned to the Player’s account based on the information provided to us by the Operator, which is why they may appear on the Player’s account with a delay.
The Player hereby acknowledges that all data submitted by the Player (including personal data) may be disclosed to the Operator and other third-party entities if it is necessary to collect the Winnings.
The Company does not offer any in-house number games; instead, the Lotteries are organized and managed by third-party Operators. The Company is not directly affiliated with any of the Operators. Any references to the Operators available on the website serve informational purposes only and do not endorse the services of a particular Operator. They do not constitute any affiliation with any of them.
By using the services available on the Website, the Player declares that all funds used to purchase Tickets or make a Deposit belong to the Player and do not originate from theft, are not restricted, and have not been reported to the proper authorities as lost.
The price of a Ticket contains a fee for services made available on the Website. By using the Website, the Player hereby surrenders any right to discuss, argue, or make claims concerning the price above and acknowledges that it might differ from the official price set by the Operator.
All ticket purchase dispositions for a particular drawing must be placed before the date of the Drawing and the hour specified in Table 1.1.
The deadline for placing Ticket purchase disposals varies depending on the particular Lottery. We reserve the right to change the hours included in Table 1.1 if the operator postpones the Drawing date, which may occur outside of our control.
A Ticket purchase disposal between the hour specified in Table 1.1 and the Drawing hour might only be valid for the next Drawing of a particular Lottery, of which the Player will be explicitly notified during the purchase process. The date of a Ticket purchase disposal is considered to be the date of receiving a receipt from the payment gateway used by the player to make a payment for the Ticket or the recorded date of the purchase made with the Player’s Deposit.
Suppose we receive the receipt of the purchase after the Drawing date and the hour specified in Table 1.1. In that case, we reserve the right to automatically move the Ticket to the following drawing of the Lottery for which the Ticket was purchased.

In the event of rare and unintentional errors in the Website’s software or other malfunctions that result in a Ticket not being purchased according to the Player’s instructions, the Company will compensate for the unfulfilled purchase in one of the following ways: either by providing a Ticket for another Drawing of the same or another Lottery, or by returning the costs of the Ticket purchase in the form of additional funds as a Deposit. The Company’s liability is limited only to the amount of the Player’s costs of the Ticket purchase.
Within a single order, the Player may purchase no more than 20 Tickets, with a total order value of no more than 1000 €. Within a single Ticket, the Player may purchase a maximum of 25 Lines.
Participation in a Drawing (by purchasing a Ticket) is subject to these Terms of Use, as well as the laws, terms, and rules governing the organization of the Lottery by the Operator.
If any errors result in unwarranted granting of Winnings to the Player or increasing the Player’s existing Winnings, the Player will not be entitled to them. The Player will notify the Company of such occurrence immediately and return the wrongfully calculated Winnings (on the Player’s Account) to the Company (according to their command), or the Company might, on its own accord, withdraw the amount equal to those Winnings from the Player’s Account.
Account management
To use the services made available by the Website, the Player must create an Account by completing the registration process.
To successfully pass the registration process, it is necessary to have an email account. To fully activate the Account, the Player has to click the activation link we send to the e-mail address provided by the Player during the registration process. Although the player can use the Account without full activation, some website functionalities may be limited.
To access all functionalities of the Website, the Player must submit some personal data during the registration process. Some of the data might be obligatory, while the Player might optionally provide some of the data.
By using our Website, the Player accepts the responsibility of providing only truthful, current, and complete data required by the registration process.
The Player also declares that they do not register and will not manage the Account on behalf of another person or entity.
It is strictly forbidden for the Player to modify any data assigned to another person or entity, or to impersonate any person or entity.
The Player is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during the registration process and for all actions that result from the use of the Account.
Suppose we notice that the Player provided false data during the registration process or otherwise has reason to believe that the data is untrue. In that case, we reserve the right to suspend the Account until the Player provides us with an explanation. In such cases, we may also limit some functionalities of the Website.
We also reserve the right to permanently delete the Account if the Player does not comply with the Terms of Use or the laws in force.
Personal data
During the registration process, the player may be requested to provide personal data, which we process to provide the services of our Website.
The Company processes the Player’s data by our Privacy Policy.
The Player agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date personal data as requested by the Company and to update it promptly in the event of any changes.
The Company uses the Player’s data to contact the Player to properly fulfill services, such as emailing the Player a scanned copy of the purchased Ticket or to notify the Player of a Win.
Personal data provided by the Player may be shared with third parties and processed to the extent necessary to fulfill our services.
The Player may view the data we have about them by submitting a written request. The Player can modify the data and change their preferences for processing by contacting us through the contact form. Some changes to the data may be made directly within the Website using the Player’s account.
The Player hereby agrees and declares that, in the event of a request to delete their data, the Player will be unable to use the Website, the Account, or the functionalities offered by the Website that require the processing of personal data. Some data might be processed only if the legal regulations we are subject to require it.
If the data processed by the Company is subject to our obligation to archive, we reserve the right to delete it only after the obligation expires.
To use our Website, the Player must provide us with truthful and complete personal data.
The Player declares that they do not use the Account or our services to launder money or to finance any unlawful activities.
We do not store or otherwise process the Player’s credit card information or other payment information. All transactions performed through the Website are processed by an external payment gateway entity (such as DotPay, Skrill, PayPal), according to the entity’s requirements and standards. The data the Player provides within the payment gateway process is available only to the external payment gateway entity and is not stored or otherwise processed by the Company. The Company processes the information on the transaction (such as the time, amount, and method of payment).
Complaints
The Player has the right to submit a complaint in the event of any irregularities related to the Account or any services provided by the Website.
All complaints will be investigated within 14 days of receipt by us. If this deadline is not met, we will notify the Player and provide a new deadline for their response.
Complaints must be submitted by contacting us through the contact form available on our website.
Complaints should include at least the Player’s first name, surname, and e-mail address, as well as a description of the issue that led to the complaint. If this data is insufficient, we will request that the Player provide the missing information. The term referred to above will run from the date we receive all the required information.
Intellectual property
The Company reserves all rights to the information and other content made available on the Website.
The Player may use the Website and its content solely to purchase Tickets and to the extent necessary to participate in the Lottery.
The Player is not authorized to use any automated means (such as robots or spiders) to access the Website or any of its content. It is forbidden to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise disassemble the software used in connection with the Website.
The Player is not authorized to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Website without our prior written consent.
Disclaimers
The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use of the Website or the services provided by the Company.
We do not guarantee that the Website will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Website or any of its functionalities without prior notice.
The Company is not responsible for any delays or interruptions in the operation of the Website or any of its functionalities.
The Player acknowledges that the use of the Website and the services provided by the Company is at the Player’s own risk.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting the updated terms on the Website. The Player’s continued use of the Website after the updated terms are posted constitutes the Player’s acceptance of the new terms.
We encourage players to review these Terms of Use periodically to stay informed about any changes.
Final provisions
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the Player and the Company regarding the use of the Website and the services provided by the Company.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
The Company’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
